New Year's Eve
After a dinner of champions (aka pizza, latkes, and champagne with raspberries), the girls and I rang in the new year at the Chelsea Room in lower Manhattan. Cheers to 2012! xoxo (photos three and four courtesy Lindsay Leff)

Surprise Birthday Party
Well, the game plan last Saturday was to capture all the glory that was Davis’ birthday. Sadly, I only ended up with about a dozen pictures. Although there will be very few virtual memories of the night, I am chalking this party up as a major success! Below are the best of the best:  Sugar Sweet Sunshine cupcakes - I swear the best cupcakes in NY!  “I like that!” - baller...

Brunch at Calle Ocho
After waiting nearly a month, four close friends and I gathered at Calle Ocho to dine on some amazing nuevo latino cuisine while we drank unlimited sangria. I can honestly (and officially) say that if you are looking for a rowdy Sunday Funday then this should be the first stop on your tour. My recommendations for sangria: the Havana Banana and Spanish Harlem.

San Gennaro
This year marked the 85th Annual Feast of San Gennaro, taking place in the charming (and somewhat narrow) streets of Little Italy. Since Su and I went last fall, we are officially considering this a tradition. After consuming a few cannolis, buying many friendship bracelets and seeing one too many animal figurines, I can officially say this fest was a total success.

My NYC LBD
Following in my bestie’s footsteps, I decided to venture outside my norm and start posting outfit pictures! I firmly believe in a spontaneous lifestyle, thus my first outfit photo session is taken in a kitchen. What could be better than a refrigerator and hello kitty backdrop? Here is me posing in my LBD just moments before we left the apartment on a Friday night.  When: Friday, Sept. 23...

B.L.T Burger
Nestled in the middle of the West Village, there once was a quaint little restaurant called B.L.T Burger. Although it was a seemingly rainy night in New York City, a few friends ventured out to fill their stomachs with warm burgers, alcoholic milkshakes, and a few fried pickle chips. For any NY foodie, consuming un-nutritious food may seem like a mundane, normal activity but on this night a friend...

Come On Irene
Yes, I know I am a wee bit late posting these pictures but I figured I would put them up here anyways! Su with her burger is just too cute not be seen. For those who live in New York - particularly on the islands of Manhattan and Brooklyn - you know that Miss Irene is someone we waited for, but she never showed. We were practically stood up. Thus, relieved (and mildly disappointed) by all the...

Take Me Out to the Ball Game...
On Saturday, we woke up bright and early to head over to Citi Field for the Mets vs. Cubs game. Since Krisi is a Chicagoan, we were obviously rooting for those cute little cubbies. After making several food trips and downing many beers, we definitely had a successful ladies outing at the ballpark. (*And the Cubs WON! Check out our celebration pictures below!)

Dokebi Bar & Grill
This week Krisi and I went on a date to Dokebi in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I literally could spend hours gushing about how delicious our food tasted but don’t take my word for it! If you’re in the neighborhood and a fan on Korean BBQ, this is a must-try restaurant. We both ordered the BiBimBahp. (Try saying that ten times fast!)

My Apartment
It’s been nearly 2 months since moving into my lovely little apartment in Williamsburg but as most movers know, it takes a little bit more time to get settled. Hence, I am still putting the finishing touches to my room. Here is a few quick peaks at the little additions I’ve added so far!

Me & My Vogue
Eeek, just bought my September issue of Vogue! At a whopping 758 pages, I’m sure this is the BIGGEST issue EVER. Can’t wait to have it blow my fashion mind. Oh Anna Wintour I do adore you.
